Reminder To Our Vendors

Hi all!
Preparing countdown for our 2012 Ruston Family Fair Event Aug. 11th, 2012.
 
FYI ~ The Town of Ruston is requiring a $10 Vendor Fee in addition to the $50 you have already paid to the Business District. When recieved they will produce a Vendor Permit & I will distribute them the morning of set-up. If there is not a permit on file the vendor may not set up.
 
Make Check in the amount of $10.00 out to: Town of Ruston and make notation to Ruston Family Fair Vendor Fee.
 
Please use Google Maps using 5102 N. Winnifred as your location address.  Vendors will enter off of N. 51st Street turning left onto Winnifred Street. You will be directed where to unload & set up at that time. 
 
Each vendor is allowed 10X10 space.
Set up begins @ 8am-10am ~ vehicles off the street by 9am. The event hours are 11am to 4pm. Street re-opens @ 6pm.
****Note set-up times are 1 hour later than your contract shows.
